Return and Refund Policy

Unfortunately, every once in a while an issue may occur with an order. We are all only human! If this is the case, we are happy to help you in any way we can. 

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning an
item you bought from us:

  • You have 10 days to return an item from the date you received it. 

  • Only items that have been bought directly from us can be returned directly to us for replacement. 

  • Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all the items that were included when you received it. 

If the problem with the item was due to an error on our part, we are more than happy to offer you a replacement. Please check out our handy list below to determine if you are eligible for a replacement.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY – Eligible for replacement

Somewhere along the way, we made a mistake. Not to worry though! If any of the following is the case, we will take care of it for you: 

  • Faulty item- if the item has hole(s), stains, or other manufacturing defects. 

  • Placement issue – if a print is clearly crooked or off-centre. 

  • Incorrect image – if we printed the wrong image. 

  • Inaccurate order – if you received the wrong item, e.g. design, colour or size. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY – Not eligible for return

If any of the following is the case, your order will not be eligible for return: 

  • Incorrect size ordered – if you ordered the wrong item size or the item is not fit to your liking. 
  • Incorrect address provided – if you made a mistake in the delivery address, sorry, we cannot refund your purchase. If the package is returned to us, we can ship it again if you pay the cost of re-shipment. 
  • Using bleach on the graphic T-shirt – as mention in the care instructions, chlorine bleach should never be poured directly onto clothes in a sink or washer because it can remove colour completely and dissolve the fibres. We cannot provide a replacement if you damage the item in this way. 


If you believe an error has occurred due to a mistake on our part, first of all, please accept our sincerest apologies, your satisfaction is of the highest importance to us! We are happy to replace any items that we missed the mark on. 

Please follow these instructions for an exchange: 

1. Take a photo of the item defect – if the problem is print size, please include a ruler in the photo for our reference. 

2. Send an email with the subject line “BrandonTan91 – Order [#your order number] Replacement Request” to 

3. Please include the following: 

  • The photo(s). 

  • A specific description of the issue. 

  • The order number. 

  • If there are multiple products in an order, kindly identify the product with the issue. 

Our support team will respond within 1-2 business days.
